With expertise from British Army Physical Training Instructors, we set every potential soldier up for success.The coaches are veteran soldiers and Physical Training Instructors of the British Army, with UKSCA Accreditation (ASCC). The instructors have delivered the fitness test that all recruits will undertake.

Designed to build a strong base of fitness so we can safely increase the intensity throughout the next phase.

2. General Prep Phase:
Designed to improve all aspects of fitnes, identify any weakness that need to be addressed.

3. Specific Prep Phase:
Designed to eliminated any weakneses, all training specific to military tests.
